Actually learned to work for someone before being a leader

“How You Do Anything Is How You Do Everything” - this quote has been reshaping how I approach everything in my life.

It’s been a while since the last post. I didn’t abandon this blog as you might think, I just spent many months of life planning.

Why I changed my mind about entrepreneurship

In previous posts, if you remember you could read that I would choose to be an entrepreneur over university or working for someone. But now I think different, I still need that work experience to be not just a good leader but a very good leader.

You might wonder, how can I become a leader while working for someone. For me, it’s simple as I learn from other people (experiences and problems) along with my own experiences.

How work experience builds leadership

I always work hard, no matter where I am based, what company or the work role I am doing. Is because I know that it builds my work behavior, how I treat my job and approach. Now I am working for a big company within IT sector, I know that they will benefit from my energy and results same as I will benefit from them while gaining knowledge in both technical and work matter.

My new approach to everything

My months’ favorite quote is - “How You Do Anything Is How You Do Everything”, which I apply for every part of my life starting from work, sports, up to relationships with people and even cleaning your car and so on. Don’t be lazy af and wait for results.

Moving forward with consistency

From now on I will try to post more often, due to my busy schedule, where I plan my time.
